Karon Wallace has led a diverse career during his time in the Indianapolis and Lansing regions. His career includes serving as a school administrator, spending time as an outbound manager for air and trucking logistics, and as a procurement and sourcing leader in healthcare.
In 2024, Karon Wallace advanced to the role of director of logistics. Today, he is responsible for operational efficiency, best clinical practices, and cost savings as they relate to procurement and purchasing, space planning, and various additional logistics activities. This includes working analytically and serving as boots on the ground within the operation. On two occasions, he has spoken about her logistics and procurement experience as a presenter at the University of Tennessee’s Supply Chain Conference. The university profiled his career as part of an on-campus news article.
Karon Wallace has achieved a Six Sigma Green Belt Certification. Apart from her work as a supply chain and logistics leader, she enjoys keeping fish and maintaining aquariums.
